Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and give your bundt pan a light greasing to prevent sticking.
2. In a large mixing bowl, mash those ripe bananas until they’re nice and smooth. Add the sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix everything together until it's well combined.
3. Stir in the vanilla extract to add that lovely aroma.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually mix this dry mixture into your banana mixture, stirring just until combined—don’t overmix!
5. Fold in the chopped walnuts, adding a wonderful crunch to our cake.
