 Delicious Angel Beef Casserole .

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
8 oz angel hair pasta
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup sour cream
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add onion and garlic, sauté for 2–3 minutes.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, basil, and red pepper flakes. Drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, combine sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Add the cooked pasta and beef mixture into the bowl and stir to coat evenly.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.

1/2 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the chicken slices with salt and pepper. Add to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the garlic and mushrooms. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, until mushrooms are golden and tender.
Stir in thyme, then pour in chicken broth to deglaze the pan. Let simmer for 2 minutes.
Reduce heat to low, stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan. Let it thicken for 1-2 minutes.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Stir to coat in the creamy sauce and cook another minute until heated through.

Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 large onion, chopped
3 carrots, peeled and sliced
2 parsnips, peeled and sliced
4 potatoes, peeled and chopped
3 cups beef or lamb stock
2 bay leaves
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
Toss lamb pieces in flour, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Brown the lamb in batches, then set aside.
In the same pot, add onions and cook until softened.
Return lamb to the pot and add carrots, parsnips, and potatoes.
Pour in the stock and add bay leaves. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until lamb and vegetables are tender.
