Cheesy Garlic Butter Mushroom Stuffed Chicken
**A juicy, golden chicken breast oozing with creamy, garlicky mushroom filling — perfect for dinner with family or guests.**
**Ingredients** (4 servings):
* 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* ½ cup cream cheese, softened
* ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
* 3 tbsp butter
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tsp dried thyme
* 1 tsp dried parsley
* Salt & pepper, to taste
* ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
* Fresh parsley (for garnish)
**1. Preheat Oven**
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or grease lightly.
*2. Prepare Chicken**
Slice a pocket into each chicken breast (don’t cut through).
In a bowl, mix: mushrooms, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, thyme, parsley, salt & pepper.
Stuff mixture into each breast.
*3. Sear Chicken**
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Sear each chicken breast 3–4 minutes per side, until golden.
**4. Bake**
Transfer to baking sheet. Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
Bake 20–25 minutes until cooked through and cheese is bubbly.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm!
