Butterfly Salmon with Asparagus (Fast and Healthy) um
INGREDIENTS
4 salmon fillets (170 g). The skin is ideal for keeping it moist.
450 grams of asparagus tips. Go for bright, firm green tips, ready.
1 lemon cut into cubes
3 minced garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of salt to season
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper for a touch of spiciness
Optional aromatic herbs:
Dill, parsley or paprika for more flavor
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Prepare the ingredients: Rinse salmon fillets and dry them. Cutting the fibricy ends of asparagus.
Assemble the butterflies:
Place a large sheet of aluminum foil on a baking tray.
Have a handful of asparagus tips in the centre.
Place salmon fillet over asparagus
